Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy governs all online payments made through www.dreamheights.in for projects promoted by Dream Land Developers.
2. Cancellation by Applicant/Buyer
- Cancellations are governed by the Expression of Interest (EOI) Terms or Agreement to Sell.
- As per EOI for “Dream Heights”, the token/booking amount is non-refundable except as required by law.
- After the Agreement to Sell, contractual provisions will prevail.
3. Cancellation by Promoter
The Firm may cancel bookings for non-payment, false documentation, or legal reasons, in line with RERA Punjab guidelines.
4. Refund Mechanism
- Refunds will be made to the same payment source used for the transaction.
- Refunds initiated within ten working days from approval by the Firm.
- No interest payable unless directed by authority.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which jurisdiction shall lie with courts at Bathinda, Punjab.
